Did you receive a damaged or faulty item?
Firstly, we are really sorry to hear this! Although very unlikely, these things unfortunately can happen. If you have received an item that is damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, please take note of the following:
You are required to contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your delivery with full details of the fault or damage and attach clear pictures or proof of the defect.
Once received by our team, we will conduct a thorough investigation and if accepted, we will pay the return cost and refund you the money or send you a replacement item within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item back.

Ah damn, we are so sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase and truth be told, returns on an online store can be a bit of a nuisance…

If you would like to lodge a return, kindly contact us on email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery.
Please take note - we do not currently offer exchanges, only refunds or gift vouchers to the value of the purchase, excluding shipping fees paid.
Item(s) you want to return must be unworn & unwashed. Free of stains, odours and any signs of wear. Item(s) cannot be returned if the label has been cut/removed and must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note - if your items do not meet the above requirements, we may not approve your return.
The shipping cost to return the item to us will be at your own expense. We recommend you using a tracked service to return the item and obtain proof of postage, we do not accept responsibility for item(s) lost, damaged or in transit.
We do not refund the original shipping fees and you will have to pay shipping for the replacement item you choose.
Please ensure when sending an item back to us that your full name and order number reflects on the parcel.
We must receive the items back within 14 days of our confirmation of the approved return.

Do you offer a click and collect
Yes we do, for those who would like to pop in a collect we offer a collection options which can be selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
