Does positive pants accept returns and exchanges?

Unfortunately there are no returns due to clearance sale and store closing

Did you receive a damaged or faulty item?

Firstly, we are really sorry to hear this! Although very unlikely, these things unfortunately can happen. If you have received an item that is damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, please take note of the following:

You are required to contact enquiries@positivepants.co.za within 7 days of your delivery with full details of the fault or damage and attach clear pictures or proof of the defect.
